Petrus Blackshell Rifterlings 583	Posted - 2012.03.01 01:01:00 - [1] - Quote For the last week my corp and I have been experiencing a weird problem in our little pocket of space. I submitted a petition about it on February 29 at 21:22 ET. As it was not a grave and immediate problem (and not a stuck petition), I was completely shocked and dismayed to see a response with a resolution to the problem today (March 1) at 00:22 ET. That was three hours. Now, I don't know about you, but when I pay my monthly fee for the two accounts that I run, I expect to receive the customer service I pay for. This was not it. It was prompt, helpful,and (I daresay) friendly. That is simply not the quality of service I expect from CCP, and I am deeply disappointed and enraged. I did not even get a chance to send a second message on the petition venting my anger at someone who is just doing their job just to vent my frustration at my impotent real life! This is unfair, and it is detracting from my enjoyment of Eve, and that of all other players whose petitions are promptly answered. So, shame on you GM Pyro and the rest of the GM team. No, its too long, I posted my standard response, clearly I must've choosen the wrong response I tried to keep it short, but rage should never be word-limited. More seriously, it depends on what sort of petition it is, how well you wrote it (details/tone/etc), the difficulty of resolution, and probably the alignment of Jupiter and its moons. "Stuck" petitions are answered very quickly, "payment" are usually answered quickly, "gameplay", "graphics" and other such things aren't usually answered that fast, and you're screwed if you're petitioning a ban at this time. In addition to depending on the priority of the categories, it may also be affected by how many other people are submitting the same kind of petitions. A lifeguard can't save a drowning person that screams for help if there are a hundred people complaining about how cold the water is at the same time.
